7. Goal Setting and Affirmation. This is important...very important! Commit your personal goals to writing (large bold lettering from your computer works best!) and post them at face level on a computer that you use most frequently when grooming. Create a simple affirmation, commit it to memory, and repeat it to yourself off and on all day when you have undistracted free moments like when standing in the shower, waiting for the bus, washing dishes, etc. Here is an example of an affirmation (you build to suit!)
